This mod significantly expands Hytale’s trap system by introducing new trap mechanics, specialized crafting stations, and refined material progression, all while relying exclusively on resources already present in the game world (wood, copper, iron, gold, silver, and more).

All traps are crafted using the Trap’s Workbench, a dedicated station obtainable early on from the basic workbench. Each trap is designed with its own identity, crafting logic, and balanced statistics, with a strong focus on meaningful damage when triggered.

The mod currently features six different bear traps, all fully craftable in-game. Each variant utilizes distinct materials, creating a natural sense of progression from basic traps to more advanced and lethal designs.

Silver Ore, plays a key role in advanced trap crafting. Silver ore now yields Silver Dust, an essential intermediate resource. This dust can be processed using a specialized furnace (Trap's Furnace), designed exclusively for smelting materials required for trap creation. At present, this furnace is used to refine Silver Dust into Silver Thorns, a crucial component for high-tier traps.

The Bear Trap (Silver) relies on this dedicated crafting chain, reinforcing preparation, resource management, and tactical planning.
