Adds two craftable Shields that have different orientations to chose from

About Bulwark of Azzinoth

The Bulwark of Azzinoth from World of Warcraft was always my favourite shield, so as my first mod I decided create it for Hytale.

I made two versions with different orientations, the original WoW 'Bulwark of Azzinoth V' - Vertical and the standard Hytale way of holding the shield 'Bulwark of Azzinoth H' - Horizontal, so you can craft the one you prefer.

When using the Shield Bash ability, it will now inflict damage.

To craft it requires - 10 Adamantite Ingot - 4 Heavy Leather - 4 Cindercloth - 1 Voidheart
