About MapZoom
MapZoom
MapZoom is a simple server plugin that lets you zoom out way further on the world map. The default Hytale map has pretty restrictive zoom limits, so this plugin loosens them up automatically.
When players join your server, the map's minimum zoom scale gets changed from 32 to 10. That means you can zoom out about 3x further and see way more of your explored world at once. No client mods, no extra setup — it just works.
Commands
/mapzoom info - Shows current zoom settings
/mapzoom min - Sets minimum zoom scale (lower = zoom out further). Default: 32 (New default is 10 with this mod)
/mapzoom max - Sets maximum zoom scale (higher = zoom in closer). Default 175
You can also use built in worldmap command to load more of the map: /worldmap viewradius set <value>
Known Limitations
The plugin won't let you set max scale lower than min scale (causes crashes). Settings reset on server restart.
