provides you with a tool to easily change NPC spawn rates, their spawn chances and respawn time, NPC density in different biomes, the tool provides multipliers to increase or decrease vanilla values, which are provided for different biomes, various NPCs

About NPC Spawn Controller

NOTE: do not use this mod yet, its currently in the process of updating after a patch, the mod is no longer More NPC Spawns, its renamed to NPC Spawn Controller because the new version provides a tool for changing NPC spawning, and generating your mod file

NPC Spawn Controller Tool(Expect Release Around Jan 26 or Feb):

increase/decrease NPC Density for different biomes

adjust NPC Respawn Time (for beacons/caves)

adjust NPC weight(to change the vanilla weighted random NPC selection)

filters to target specific (zone x, zone part, zone part file name containing x, NPCs (by category, className, className containing x)

set to replace a vanilla value, or use multipliers to increase the vanilla values, combined with filters you can have specific NPCs of categories/classes spawning (eg: less animals and more monsters)
