Regenerate health passively when you're out of combat!

Passive Health Regeneration: Automatically recover health when you haven't been in combat for a while.

Combat-Aware: The timer resets whenever you attack or take damage — no cheesing during fights!

Fully Configurable: Customize the out-of-combat delay, regen amount, and interval to match your playstyle.

Performance Friendly: Built on Hytale's ECS system for efficient per-player tracking.

🎮 How It Works

Enter combat by attacking an enemy or taking damage.

Wait 30 seconds (default) without any combat action.

Start regenerating 1 HP per second until full!

⚔️ Combat → ⏱️ Wait 30s → ❤️ Regen starts! The regeneration stops immediately if you enter combat again, and the timer resets.

⚙️ Configuration

The mod generates a PassiveRegen.json config file on first run:

Setting Default Description

OutOfCombatSeconds 30.0 Seconds without combat before regen starts

RegenAmount 1.0 HP restored per tick

RegenIntervalSeconds 1.0 Seconds between each regen tick

Enabled true Enable or disable the mod entirely

Example Configurations:

Fast Regen: RegenAmount: 2.0, RegenIntervalSeconds: 0.5 → 4 HP/second

Slow but Safe: OutOfCombatSeconds: 60.0 → Requires 1 minute out of combat

Survival Mode: RegenAmount: 0.5, RegenIntervalSeconds: 2.0 → Very slow regen

📥 Installation

Download the Linceros.PassiveRegen-1.0.0.jar.

Place the .jar file into your Hytale server's mods folder.

Start your server!

🔮 Future Ideas

HUD indicator showing regen status and timer.

Different regen rates based on player stats or equipment.

Food buff that temporarily boosts passive regen.
