QoL. Block Hold Fix

🔹 Opening line

=⟩ Vanilla third-person block holding animation has a large maximal pitch point at which the hands lower as you point the camera down, resulting in the block visually clipping thru the character model. This QoL fix limits that pitch value (60 -> -5), preventing the block from visually clipping.

🔹 What it changes / Compatibility

Limits the pitch of Camera Pitch angleRange, by overriding both values in the vanilla Block.json (Server\Item\Animations\).

Widens the yaw limit at which the player turns the direction as the camera, by overriding both yaw angleRange values in the vanilla Block.json (Server\Item\Animations\).
