Project Overview

Emerald Grove is a meticulously crafted SkyWars map designed for the Hytale-style aesthetic. Built for up to 8 players, it offers a blend of fast-paced combat and strategic positioning within a "floating garden" theme.

Key Features

Perfect Competitive Balance: The map features a symmetrical 8-island layout. Every player starts with the exact same distance to the center and neighboring islands, ensuring a fair environment for ranked play.

Organic Bridge Systems: Unlike standard flat paths, the bridges to the center are designed as thick, curved vines and leaf clusters. This adds a layer of parkour and provides natural cover against projectiles.

Elevated Center Point: The central hub is the highest point on the map, offering a tactical vantage point. Controlling the center is rewarding but risky due to its exposure.

Optimized Resource Placement: Each island is pre-configured with essential survival elements (chests, crafting stations), allowing for a seamless transition from the looting phase to combat.

How it Enhances User Experience

Strategic Depth: The "living bridges" require players to watch their footing while scanning for enemies. The verticality of the central area encourages "king of the hill" style gameplay.
