About Slower Movement Speed

I and several others have found the standard run speed to be too fast.

This basic mod just slows the standard run speed. Not too much, but enough that it doesn't feel like you're on rollerskates. Sprint speed is a little higher to compensate. Walk speed (where you hold left alt) has also been increased slightly.
