Project Overview

This project is a foundational resource and material mod that ports Skyblock-inspired ores, hardstone, and gemstone systems into Hytale as clean, extensible building blocks for future mods, worlds, and progression systems.

Rather than delivering a finished mining experience, this mod establishes the structural backbone: the raw materials, visual language, and asset consistency required for others to build meaningful systems on top.

This is not a content endpoint. It is the substrate layer the bedrock that other mechanics grow from.

If Skyblock progression is a long climb, this project lays the mountain.

What’s Included

Core Ores

Classic Skyblock-aligned resource ores, rebuilt for Hytale scale and structure:

Each ore is designed with:

Hardstone serves as the connective tissue between basic resource gathering and advanced material systems, especially gemstone integration.

Skyblock Gemstones

A full gemstone set inspired by Skyblock’s mining progression, including:

Each gemstone is designed as a material class, not just a decorative block.

The geometry and structure support:

Tiered variants Refined or cut forms Socketing or enhancement systems Biome- or region-specific usage

Gemstones are treated as progression multipliers, not simple drops.
