Weapon Rebalances

Adjusts certain weapon values as alot of them are basically the same or provide little to no difference.

Basically, I did a switcheroo on alot of them to make certain weapons do more damage, mainly the stuff in the Thorium/Cobalt tiers as alot of the weapons in those tiers actually deal the exact same damage, which was odd.

Thorium Weapons now do a Cobalt level of damage. (Thorium Sword will now deal the same amount of damage as a vanilla Cobalt Sword, so basically unchanged in this case as they had the same values anyway)

Cobalt Weapons now do Adamantite level of damage. (Cobalt Sword will now deal the same amount of damage as a vanilla Adamantite Sword)

Adamantite Weapons now do a Mithril level of damage. (Adamantite Sword will now deal the same amount of damage as a vanilla Mithril Sword.)

Mithril Weapons are still in their own league, doing a crap ton of damage. (General buff to keep them still worth getting)

This mod affects Swords, Spears, Maces, Daggers, and Battleaxes. I saw no need to do any others as this was just the main thing bugging me.

If you find it too OP, don't use it basically, I made this more so for myself
