Xenophase Blade

The Xenophage Blade is a melee weapon in the Warhammer 40,000 universe that is similar to a power sword. It is an ancient and little-studied relic weapon that was created using xenos technology. Some believe that the Xenophage Blades are derived from long-defeated xenos dynasties, most likely of Nekron origin. However, it is forbidden in the Deathwatch to speak about the origin of this weapon, as it is punishable by torture. The Xenophage Blade is used by the chosen warriors of the Deathwatch Order. They have earned the special trust of their guard commander by their deeds and time of service in the Long Watch.
