Expanded NPC Trades deeply expands Hytale’s trading system with NPCs, adding new mechanics of exchange, progression, and exploration linked to the world and its resources.

In this mod, you will find new specialized merchant NPCs located in the Main Temple, the same place where the bestiary is unlocked. Each NPC offers unique trades focused on different categories, including:

🧱 Special and decorative blocks

🧪 New and improved potions

🗿 Unique statues and building elements

📜 Exclusive crafting recipes

💚 Currency System: Life Essences

All trades are made using Life Essences, a new currency obtainable in two ways:

🌾 Farming in your garden (a revamped system that is more relevant to gameplay)

🌍 Exploring the map, where you can find fully grown essences in different biomes

This encourages both relaxed farming gameplay and adventure-based exploration.

🏛️ Centralized Location

The Main Temple becomes a true hub of commerce and progression, naturally integrating the bestiary with the new merchants and rewards.

🔄 Compatible and Updatable

The mod is designed to update without breaking saves or creating incompatibilities, ensuring stability and easy maintenance in future versions.

💬 Community and Expansion

Suggestions for new shops, NPCs, and types of trades are welcome in the comments. The goal is for the mod to grow alongside the Hytale community.
