Mana & Stamina Tweaks

This mod aims to improve the resource system by making them percentage-based instead of flat numbers, so if you have a modded item that gives you extra energy/mana, you will actually take the same amount of time to regenerate it.

Mana Adjustments

Base Value: Increased from 0 to 25.

Regeneration Rate: Changed from 5 per second to 5% per second.

Out-of-Combat Delay: Time required to start regenerating Mana after combat reduced from 6 seconds to 2.5 seconds.

Stamina Adjustments

Minimum Value: Decreased from -4 to -5.

Regeneration Rate: Changed from 1 per second to 10% per second.
