NPC Shooter's + Weapons

Adds 2 NPC's who will patrol the area and shoot at enemys from a distance of up to 95 blocks.

Also, adds craftable AK-47 and Pistol, like a fireable weapon + ammo to them

There are 2 types of NPC:

Outlander - will attack player, human, bad mobs and "good" mobs (like kweebec)

Human - will attack bad mobs (include outlander) (naked until i make new models)

You can't find them just like that in the world, use the command "/npc spawn outlander_rifler" or "/npc spawn human_guard" to spawn. Or use the spawn tool, searching for the same name.

I used the mod "Guns and Stuff" by Thuum as models and behaviors of weapons. Many thanks to him for this mod!

In the future, I hope I'll make my own weapon models and refine the mechanics.
