Spellbook

Spellbook is a library mod for Hytale, designed to provide helpful utility code, new components, and a variety of features to empower pack makers! For the full list of features and documentation, please refer to the GitHub page.

Why use a library mod like Spellbook?

Library mods like Spellbook offer many benefits for players and mod developers. The biggest benefit is that they allow seemingly unrelated projects to share some of the same code. This reduces the amount of time required to create and maintain certain mods and features. Library mods are also tested in a wide range of circumstances and communities, which can lead to less bugs and better performance.

What does Spellbook do?

Spellbook does not do anything on its own. Instead, it quietly enables features for other mods, like smarter blocks, automation, and more advanced mechanics. If a mod says "Requires Spellbook", they are making use of this library to power some of their features!
