1 Blue Crystal Shard

1 Any Tree Log

2 Plant Fiber

How to use

While holding the spyglass:

Right-click to toggle zoom on/off

Left-click (while zoomed) to increase magnification up to 3x

How it works

Since Hytale is still in beta and there's no server-side FOV control available, this mod achieves zoom by manipulating the camera distance, placing a server camera in front of the player with a negative distance offset.

Compatibility If you want to use this mod alongside other mods that modify the HUD, you must have MultipleHUD installed.

⚠️⚠️ Known Issues ⚠️⚠️

Due to the camera workaround, you may experience:

X-ray/clipping through walls in certain situations (especially near blocks or underground)

Erratic camera behavior when the camera collides with obstacles

I've implemented a raycasting system to detect obstacles and adjust the camera accordingly, which reduces these issues, but it's not a perfect solution. Once Hytale adds proper FOV control, a cleaner and more stable implementation will be possible.
