Windsong's magic

Personal wind magic mod I'm still working on. Adds a spear with wind magic attached and a whirlwind totem that deals damage. I'm still working out the balance of it and plan to add more stuff in the future. I don't have recipes for them yet so you have to creative them in. The over all goal is to make more immersive magic and to make archetypes that are't as common. The spear has 2 spells based on the feran wind magic right click charge liek normal spells shoots out a burst of wind and the right click shoots out a tornado. The totem summons a whirlwind to deal damage.

The totem is temporarily removed I have to remake it. I had an issue with the mod that was making it not load or crash when others downloaded I've fixed that issue.
