Wololo – Rain Staff Staff of the Capricious Skies

An ancient artifact from a forgotten cult, the Wololo Rain Staff allows its bearer to impose their will upon the sky itself. By invoking an ancestral ritual punctuated by a mysterious “Wololo”, the sun vanishes behind heavy clouds, giving way to pouring rain… or, conversely, the clouds part to let a radiant sun shine once more.

It is said the staff does not truly control the weather, but rather convinces the sky to change its mind.
