PLUGIN IS ALSO DEPENDENT ON A MYSQL DB:
PLUGIN WILL GENERATE A CONFIG FILE IN PLUGINS/HCF. "DATABASE.YML" IS WHAT YOU NEED TO CONFIGURE TO LINK THE DATABASE.
Plugin WILL NOT load without a MySQL DB connection.
