You can just use /pt command to spawn gui where you can manage everything alongside commands!
SimpleParty
A party system mod allowing up to 8 players to group together, see each other's HP, turn PVP on/off, and teleport to party members. Create parties, invite friends, and stay connected with a beautiful HUD showing your party members' health in real-time.

/party tp <player> Teleport to a party member
