Tal'Kesi Refuge Adventure Recipe

EDIT: This mod is pretty much useless now since dinosaurs are now added into zone 4, but thank you all for downloading and trying it out!

Adds an exploration mode recipe to the fragment that lets you enter the world with the dinosaur caves we have all seen throughout Hytale's development. The fragment is fully usable and obtainable in creative mode, however it cannot be obtained in a regular exploration world because the lack of a recipe.

NOTE: There is most likely a reason the fragment is not craftable yet, so please use this mod after backing up your world saves. Also note that I have never touched modding in any game before, so there could be issues to this that I did not find while testing.

The recipe is added to the Arcane Workbench, just like the 3 already craftable fragments, and can be made with 5 Bars of Thorium, Cobalt, and Adamantite, as well as 20 Void Essence.

Let me know in the mod comments if you would like to see a mod that extends the portal timers, as currently in vanilla Hytale the only way to do so is with a command, which you would have to /op self in order to use, and I understand some people like keeping a vanilla save without having cheats enabled.

Hopefully this fragment and its content get fully added sometime soon because the dinosaurs are awesome.
