GROTTOS:

Grotto Holes are the primary way of moving between Orbis and pockets of Hyrule.

Currently, Grotto Holes are craftable, though they are intended to generate naturally as a rare occurrence around your world. For the time being, they are made in the Arcane Workbench.

What's next?

Each update to this mod will add a new location to visit from a Grotto, and within that location, at least one unique item seen somewhere across the Legend of Zelda series. These items may not function 1:1 with their original counterpart, and instead are adaptations to fit Hytale's feel and world. The same goes for the locations.

Eventually, Grotto Holes will appear naturally in your world. They will never have a way of telling what part of Hyrule you'll wind up in - jumping in is the only way to find out! As mentioned above, these are craftable only temporarily, though there may be ways to force a Grotto to open later on.

Finally, blocks and tools for adventure map makers are being added in the background. Some exist right now, but as each update goes on, more and more will arrive! Check the Creative Inventory to see them!
