Water Depth Gauge
A Hytale plugin that displays an underwater depth gauge while swimming, showing your current depth below the water surface and your altitude relative to sea level.
Features
Visual Depth Meter
Animated gauge display - Shows depth with a moving marker (similar to a submarine depth gauge)
Dual depth tracking: Sea Level Display - Shows your altitude relative to Y=115 (Hytale's sea level)
Local Water Depth - Tracks depth from where you entered the water
Direction indicators - Visual arrows show if you're ascending (^) or descending (v)
Dynamic tick marks - Gauge has labeled marks at 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 15m, and 18m intervals. Adjusts dynamically for every 20 meters of vertical distance.
Auto-hide - Only appears when you're underwater
Customization Commands
All commands work in-game with /wdepth:
/wdepth - Show current settings
/wdepth on - Enable the depth gauge
/wdepth off - Disable the depth gauge
/wdepth sea on - Show sea level altitude display
/wdepth sea off - Hide sea level altitude display
/wdepth decimal on - Display depths with decimal precision (e.g., 3.1m)
/wdepth decimal off - Display whole numbers only (e.g., 3m)
/wdepth credits - Show plugin creator
Technical Details
Update rate: 10 updates per second (100ms intervals)
Depth range: Accurately tracks depths from 0-18+ meters
Movement detection: 0.1m threshold for direction change detection
Per-player settings: Each player has their own preferences
Persistent configuration: Settings saved across sessions

Download WaterDepthGauge-1.0.0.jar
Place the JAR file in your Hytale mods folder: %AppData%\Roaming\Hytale\UserData\Mods\
Restart Hytale
Dive in water to see the gauge!
