Balance & Stats: The stats are currently quite powerful, honoring its legendary status from back in the day. I'm open to feedback: if you feel it needs a nerf to fit better into the Hytale progression, let me know.

The Helmet: Combine the Eye at the Armorer's Workbench (Tier 3).
